Defender Elise Stenevik has signed for Everton from Swedish club Eskilstuna United for an undisclosed fee, the Norway youth international agreeing a two-year contract until the end of June 2024.
The 22-year-old is manager Brian Sorensen’s ninth summer signing following the arrivals of forward Jess Park, Dutch striker Katja Snoeijs, Australia international Clare Wheeler, goalkeeper Emily Ramsey, forward Aggie Beever-Jones and Danes Karen and Sara Holmgaard, and Katrine Veje.
An exciting full-back who is strong offensively as well as in defence, Stenevik says she could not turn down the chance to join the Blues.
